The 3rd International ECDIS Conference (IEC) comes at a hugely significant time for the international shipping community with the recent ratification of the IMO's directive for mandatory carriage of ECDIS beginning in 2012.
Join us in Singapore from the 19-21 October 2009 to hear the latest trends in ECDIS applications and technology and explore what ECDIS can offer beyond its traditional navigation capabilities.
